By accessing our website, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Vyndo provides access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content streamed over the internet. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use within the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. A stable internet connection and a compatible device are required.
3. 24-hour free trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can test channel quality, 4K streams and device compatibility before you pay. To start a trial, message us on WhatsApp. The trial is intended for genuine evaluation and may be limited to one per customer or household. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm everything works for you before purchasing.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are billed once for the duration you select (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
- Access is typically activated within minutes of confirmed payment, with login details sent by email and WhatsApp.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell or redistribute your login credentials or the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
- Attempt to copy, record, rebroadcast or circumvent any technical limitations of the service.
- Use more simultaneous connections than your plan allows.
We may suspend or terminate access without refund if these rules are breached.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly with high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Channel line-ups and content may change over time. We may carry out maintenance that briefly affects availability.
7. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyndo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; subscriptions simply expire at the end of their paid term.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
