We keep it simple: try before you buy. Every customer can use a free 24-hour trial first, so all purchases are final.

1. Try before you buy

Before you pay for any plan, you can use a free 24-hour trial. The trial lets you test the channels, 4K and HD quality, the VOD library and your device compatibility with no commitment. Just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll set you up.

2. All purchases are final

Because every customer can fully test the service during the free trial, we do not offer refunds. All purchases are final once payment is confirmed. This policy lets us keep our prices low and our support fast. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to trial the service and that the sale is final.

3. If something isn’t working

Your subscription should work flawlessly — and if it doesn’t, we’ll fix it. If you run into buffering, a channel issue, or any setup problem, message us on WhatsApp and our team will troubleshoot with you 24/7. In the rare event we are genuinely unable to restore your service, we will work with you in good faith to make it right, which may include credit or an extension at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first if you have any issue — we resolve almost everything within minutes. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your subscription.
